1. Data controller
Urbanzenfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 902 345 678, whose registered office is at 12 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France, is the data controller for the personal data collected on urbanzenfr.com.
2. Data collected
Through the registration form, we collect: first name, last name and email address. Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected via cookies, subject to your consent.
3. Processing purposes
Data is processed in order to: respond to enquiries about the programme, communicate available projects in your region, manage the relationship and produce anonymised usage statistics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) when submitting the form and, for non-essential cookies, on the choice made in the consent banner.
5. Retention period
Data from the form is kept for 36 months from the last contact. Cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
6. Recipients
Data is accessible to internal Urbanzenfr SAS teams and to our technical sub-processors (hosting, email) located in the European Union, bound by a confidentiality agreement compliant with the GDPR.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@urbanzenfr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Data is stored on servers located in the European Union and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, encrypted backups).
